With an impressive, sprawling factory, Jayanti primarily operates within the B2B segment, offering white-labeling services for various products. Over the past 8-9 years, Jayanti has transitioned from being a behind-the-scenes player to a front-runner in the market, now venturing into the world of edible snacks. They employed us to launch their new

When TRC embarked on the journey with Jayanti, our primary goals and objectives were clear:
- • Swift Product Releases: We aimed to help Jayanti achieve quick and seamless product launches across digital platforms, enabling them to adapt to evolving market demands.
- • Diverse Content Production: Our focus was to create a rich content bank that included product-specific identity, artworks, product images, videos, animations, and packaging designs while maintaining the product category and brand’s essence.
- • Consistent Social Media Engagement: We aimed to develop a comprehensive social media strategy, encompassing regular posting, photo shoots, video shoots, and effective social media management.
Design Process

TRC’s approach to fulfilling Jayanti’s objectives was a dynamic and flexible one, tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities presented:
• Content Creation: We committed to releasing one product per week on social media platforms. This included extensive photo shoots, video shoots, graphic design, animation, motion graphics, kinetic text, video editing, and social media management.
• Packaging Design: Our team crafted 2D product renders infused with Indian elements to convey Jayanti’s cultural roots, playing with colours and emotions to make the packaging stand out.
• Agile Workflow: TRC conducted three photo shoots daily for all products.We actively designed 2-3 social media posts each day for maximum engagement online. And, we edited an impressive 20 images daily. All these resulted in 25-30 assets delivered daily. This demanding project spanned for over half a year.
• Adaptation and Innovation: The real challenge was the rapid pace of change. We had to create a content bank for each product within 4-5 days, ensuring that each had a distinct colour palette and thought process. This constantly shifting mindset allowed Jayanti to maintain a fresh and engaging presence in the market.
